Q: Do you accept returns?

New returns are defined as product purchased from American Truck Nation within the previous 14 days that are received by us in undamaged and saleable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless prior arrangements are made.

No merchandise may be returned without prior approval. You must obtain a RMA Number for any item being returned. A 20% restocking fee is added on all returns unless the product is covered by warranty or deemed defective. If it’s our fault, we take care of it. Product that is returned damaged, used, missing components or otherwise unsaleable may be returned to the customer or credit given at lesser value at the discretion of American Truck Nation.

Ineligible Items:

  • Special ordered products
  • Electrical items
  • Replacement components
  • Discontinued items
  • Tire Chains
  • Wheels and Tires that have been mounted
  • Installed Products

Q: Defective Returns?

Defective returns are those items that have failed in service due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Some of our products are covered under warranty directly from the manufacturer. Those items covered by the manufacturer's warranty require the customer to contact them before the return can be processed. If your part is not covered under warranty, contact us at info@americantrucknation.com

All shipments leave in good condition. Please verify product, quantity and condition before signing for shipment. Shipping damage is not covered under warranty. Products damaged or lost in shipping must be brought to the attention of the party delivering the product, clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt and a claim filed with the carrier.
